Greenwich 75-92
This 10,500 sq. ft. new Greenwich contemporary home was completed in 1992. The scope included 2 1/2 acres of site work and landscaping. The home was designed by the New York City firm of Lee Skolnick and Associates. A carefully created blend of steel, concrete, masonry and a variety of woods, both inside and out. These pictures were taken in 2015, when the home was 23 years old!
Greenwich 18-19
This project included a highly detailed addition to the basement level of a 13,500 square foot Greenwich home. We expanded the basement level to 6,500 square feet, including 2,500 square feet beneath exterior stone terraces. The basement, and backyard, were transformed into an entertainer's dream, spaces with an impressive blend of fun for adults and children alike.
Charles Hilton Architects and Charles Hilton Interiors took responsibility for all aspects of the lower level construction, plus an additional 2-story three car detached garage. Sean Jancski Landscape Architects were responsible for the extraordinary site detailing and landscape design. The project was completed in 2019.
Assorted Projects
This is a collection of pictures taken of some of the miscellaneous projects that Allen J. Reyen, Inc. has completed over the years. The included projects vary from minor renovations to new-construction home builds. Much of the miscellaneous work we perform is done for previous clients, however on a case-by-case basis we do accept minor projects depending on location, budget, and our availability. We are proud that our clients tend to stay with our company for many years. It allows us to work for the client on multiple projects, even on multiple properties that they own.
